Our returns page is here to serve you. Our goal is to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we are ready to assist you.

Not satisfied? We will fix this promptly for you.

1. Register

Within 30 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method.

2. Pack

Pack the items you want to return and add the packing slip. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label and/or other labels.

3. Send

Bring your package to a local drop-off point within 3 business days after registration. Deliver the parcel there and receive a shipping receipt via e-mail.

4. Refund

And Voilà! As soon as our warehouse has received your return, you'll receive a refund or a coupon (minus the return costs) within 3 working days.

1. Bring your parcel to the nearest drop-off point of your choice, pay for it there (with track & trace). You can of course choose which carrier you want to send your parcel with.
