We offer a wide range of products on our webshop. These products are depicted with the utmost accuracy, providing as much information as possible about each product’s specifications. However, due to the limitations of digital representation, we cannot guarantee that the image you see perfectly represents the actual product.

4. Ordering process

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions. Upon your order, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of the product, an error in the product description or price, or an error in your order.

5. Pricing and payment methods

Our webshop displays prices in Euro and includes VAT. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges.

Payment for products and related delivery charges must be made in advance by any method currently specified on the webshop. The webshop contains a variety of information about secure online payment procedures.

6. Shipping and delivery

We aim to deliver the product within the estimated timescales, but there may be occasions when the delivery timeframe will be extended for reasons beyond our control. We will inform you of any such extension as soon as we become aware of it.

7. Return and refund policy

We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days from receipt.

If you return a product to us for any reason, we will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time.
